NOTICE OF DECISION
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

You are hereby notified that the Board of Adjustment held a public meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2003 to discuss your motion for a rehearing of the ZBA decision made on October 1, 2003 (denial for a variance to M4 L168). Your motion has been DENIED for the reasons/facts listed below, by vote of the board of adjustment.
REASONS/FACTS SUPPORTING THE DENIAL:
Project was not substantially started within 1 year of the site plan approval, which was granted by the Planning Board on 3/2/00, and since then zoning has changed.
Motion was made and seconded to deny the motion for a rehearing of the ZBA decision on 10/1/03 regarding Malachy Glen Assoc. Inc. based on the fact that the board does not feel any new information was presented in the motion. Vote was 5-0. Motion carried.
